Return and Refund Policy
Our floral arrangements are made for order, and for this reason, they are exempt from being returned and refunded.
If you received a damaged arrangement in transit or an incorrect order, please send pictures to email@example.com
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, or incorrect.
Gift cards and Giveaways
To be eligible for a return, your goods must be in the same condition as you received them. It must also be in the original packaging, packed in the same way as you received it. Damaged goods or not in the same condition you received or worn simply beyond opening the original packaging will not be refunded. Therefore, it would be best to take reasonable care of the purchased goods while they are in your possession.
The Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged arrangements sent to us for return. Therefore, we recommend that you purchase insurance from your shipper.
Once we receive your returned package, it generally takes 15 business days to process the returns, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund to your account per our return conditions. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the Order.
